PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPANT

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPANT

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

  1. Participants can register online through website www.hopecardis.org
  2. Participants must complete the online registration form at www.hopecardis.org that the committee can confirm the registration of participants.
  3. Online registration can be done until July 5th, 2019

FOR GROUP REGISTRATION:

  1. Open link https://www.hopecardis.org/?page=registration.register
  2. Click Group Registration
  3. Create account
  4. Open your email inbox to get your password
  5. Login in to https://www.hopecardis.org/reg/group with your email and the password in your inbox from hopecardis
  6. You can fill your registration form -> click register
  7. Click add for the next participant
  8. Download invoice

General requirements:

1. Registration payment symposium and workshop participants can be by cash payment or can be transferred
    via ATM Bank BNI, Depok Branch Acc no : 0329-2808-36(IDR) Name : HOPECARDIS.
2. Cash deposite payment receipt or via ATM payment receipt can be sent via email at
    hopecardis@gmail.com or fax: 021-3161467.
3. If the participant has settled the registration payment and has sent the payment receipt, the committee will send a
    confirmation email providing the invitation for HOPECARDIS workshop.
4. If there are changes or additions to the workshop, participants must contact the committee hopecardis
    registration.
5. Proof of registration must be taken at the time of re-registration with/ attached to the identity card
    (KTP / SIM / Passport).
6. Re-registration can not be represented.
7. If there is a double registration or payment of participant, one of the registration is invalid.
